With Summer just a month away its now time to Step, Pump, Spin and Dance our way into the New Year with our brand new Summer Timetable.

- Mon 6.15pm Yoga now 60 minute duration
- Mon 6.30pm Clubbercise
- Thur 5.30pm Body Pump
- Thur 6.30pm Body Combat
- Fri 7pm Zumba
