What is Coaching Zone?

Coaching Zone is a fitness program that combines group personal training and coaching. We use the latest technology and techniques in a 45-minute workout, followed by 15 minutes of coaching to review your progress and educate you on a range of lifestyle factors that can accelerate your results.

Our online nutrition support, social events and community atmosphere will make your journey to the new you fun and rewarding. Creating new beginnings and delivering sustainable results!

The Group Personal Training Specialists

The Coaching Zone sessions cater to all fitness levels however, the sessions are designed specifically to assist people who are new or returning to exercise. All the support you need is in our classes. 

Coaching Zone has eight differently themed workouts, all aimed to get results, keep you motivated and make sure you are supported along the way. It is designed to make you feel comfortable and confident, whilst also becoming educated on the correct ways and intensities to train. These sessions aim to help you achieve a sustainable training routine, which is the key to long-term results.

Many of our members start by joining Coaching Zone sessions, such as Activate and Energise to gain confidence. Once they have gained more confidence and fitness knowledge, they progress through to the more advanced classes, such as Adrenaline and HIIT.
