Reformer Pilates is designed for all fitness and ability levels. Class Waitlist

At Loftus Recreation Centre, we strive to provide fair and accessible booking opportunities for all members. As our Reformer Pilates classes are quite busy, we have implemented a class waitlist. When a member is booking classes and encounters one that is at capacity, they will instead be invited to join the waitlist. If a member booked into the class then cancels their booking, the next member on the waitlist will be automatically added to the class and receive an email notification.
To ensure smooth class operations and fairness for all of our members, we have implemented the following policy regarding class cancellations and no-shows.
 

Online Class Booking Cancellation & No-Show Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

• Members must cancel their class booking at least 1 hour before the class start time to avoid penalties.
• Cancellations can be made via the Active World App by the Notify Absence button in My Schedule, email to loftusreception@belgravialeisure.com.au and/or calling the centre directly via 0439 205 320

2. No-Show Policy:

• Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling in advance will be considered a no-show. Repeated no-shows within the same calendar year will result in the following consequences:
• First No-Show: A warning email will be sent as a reminder to cancel future booking(s) if unable to attend.
• Second No-Show: The member’s ability to book classes will be suspended for one week, with future booked classes for the upcoming week removed, restricting attendance to classes during this period.

3. Reactivation After Suspension:

• After a one-week class booking suspension, booking access will be automatically reinstated.
• Continued no-shows after reinstatement may result in further restrictions or lengthier booking suspensions, at the discretion of Centre Management.
